South Africa, September, 25 Zimbabwe¹s finance minister, Tendai Biti, has met with his South African counterpart to discuss whether the country would extend a credit line for Zimbabwe.
Earlier this month, Biti announced that Zimbabwe needs $400 million before the end of the year, $1 million of which it was hoping to borrow from South Africa.
South African Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan says the country has not yet decided to issue the loan, but will consider the request.
