Cape Town, October 24 -- The South African Maritime Authority released a preliminary report into the Hout Bay boating accident that occurred last week. The report states that it was incorrect wiring of an automatic pump that caused the Miroshga boat to capsize. Two people died after the whale watching boat took on water and overturned.
